Apple Chips



Have too many apples this fall?  Here's an idea...

Slice them really thinly with a mandolin:


 

I think they're so pretty sliced this way:


Lay them on a parchment lined pan in a single layer.  Sprinkle with sugar and place in a 200 degree oven for up to an hour and a half.  Let them cool on cookie sheet:


Yum!
