Menu Plan Monday


A light, lo-cal week to keep up the weight loss:

Sunday:
Breakfast:  Apple Waffles
Lunch:  Brats on buns with saurkraut

Monday:
Breakfast:
Dinner: Leftover Italian beef on noodles, roast butternut squash

Tuesday:
Dinner: Roast Turkey with Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes for the food network chef challenge.

Wednesday:
Breakfast: Turkey bacon and egg on whole wheat english muffin

Thursday:
Breakfast:  3 Alarm breakfast burrito
Lunch: Poblano and corn soup and sandwich
Dinner: Chicken Enchilada Pasta that I've modified to be low cal..come check it out!

Friday:
Breakfast: Breakfast Sandwich
Lunch: Taco salad
Dinner: Spaghetti and meat sauce, Pioneer Woman Buttered Rosemary Rolls

Saturday:
Breakfast: Pancakes and scrambled eggs
Lunch: Leftover buffet
Dinner: Creamy Shrimp Curry on rice
